The Door Balancer
This is an engineered and patented torsion spring tested to 25,000 closings. It will eliminate the door stop, prop and Wedge. It is made specifically to help "out of plumb doors" from closing on their own also known as Ghost doors. It only takes 3 minutes or less to install. Because it is installed between the door frame and the door and held in place by the hinge pin, it is barely noticeable. The door opens and closes normally. Some solid core doors and severely out of plumb doors may require more than one spring.
