Carver® by Covercraft is an American company based in Landrum, South Carolina, with over 40 years of experience designing and manufacturing custom boat covers and bimini tops. All Carver products are fully made in the USA, with fabrication, sewing, assembly, and quality control performed at their U.S. facility. This ensures consistent form-fitting performance and stringent domestic oversight.

Carver’s portfolio includes tailored-fit covers for inboard/outboard and V-hull boats, as well as bimini tops offered in multiple frame styles (e.g. 2-, 3-, or 4-bow round and square tube). The company selects marine-grade materials—such as solution-dyed polyester, high-stretch fabrics, and corrosion-resistant stainless or aluminum frames—all sourced to meet durability and UV protection standards.

During production, pattern design specialists use precise boat measurements to create accurate templates. Fabric is cut using computerized cutters, then sewn by skilled craftsmen. Hemming, fastening (including zippers, straps, and snap systems), and end-to-end assembly are all completed in South Carolina. Final inspection checks for fit, finish, and performance before packaging.
