The firm, precision cut 3.75 inch diameter foam positioning cervical roll provides gentle rotational traction to the neck, placing it in a proper position to help reestablish a diminished cervical curve. The roll also allows the shoulders to drop, stretching the chest and neck muscles. Opening the chest in this manner promotes breathing and facilitates relaxation.

The adjustable traction weight bag is constructed of durable ballistic nylon, and features a heavy-duty zipper to easily add or remove weight. Simply add or remove weight using up to 5 (16.9 fl oz) filled water bottles for desired weight. The weight of the water bottles gently applies rotational traction to the head and neck, helping to stretch the spinal vertebrae and surrounding muscles. Rotating the head to the posterior creates space between the vertebrae to relieve compression and allow muscles to relax.

The head harness gently cradles the head and secures it in proper position for cervical traction.
